Order Forms

Configure and manage booking forms for client orders.

Accessing Order Forms

  1. Go to AdminOrder Forms
  2. Select a form to edit, or click Create New

Form Settings

Basic Information

  • Name — Internal form identifier
  • Slug — URL path (e.g., /order/my-form)
  • Status — Active or inactive

Branding

Customize the form appearance:

  • Logo — Your company logo
  • Colors — Match your brand
  • Header Image — Banner at top of form

Packages

Create service bundles for clients to choose from:

Adding a Package

  1. Click Add Package
  2. Enter package details:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Base price
    • Included services
  3. Set square footage pricing tiers
  4. Save the package

Add-On Services

Additional services clients can select:

  1. Click Add Service
  2. Enter name and price
  3. Set as optional or required
  4. Configure dependencies

Payment Settings

Square Integration

Connect your Square account:

  1. Go to SettingsPayments
  2. Click Connect Square
  3. Authorize the connection
  4. Select your location

Payment Options

  • Pay Now — Full payment at booking
  • Deposit — Partial payment upfront
  • Invoice Later — Bill after service
