My Listings
The My Listings page is your central hub for managing property tours.
Overview
My Listings displays all tours assigned to you with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Address | Property street address |
| Status | Active, Pending, or Archived |
| Created | When the tour was created |
| Actions | View, Edit, Download, etc. |
Finding Tours
Search
Use the search bar to filter by:
- Property address
- Tour number (e.g.,
hmrek1t) - Client name
Filters
Click Filters to narrow results by:
- Status (Active, Pending, Archived)
- Date range
- Assigned photographer
Sorting
Click column headers to sort:
- Address — Alphabetical
- Created — Newest/oldest first
- Status — Grouped by status
Tour Actions
View Tour
Click the eye icon to open the public property website in a new tab.
Edit Tour
Click the pencil icon to modify:
- Property details
- Photos and media
- Virtual tour embeds
- Agent information
Download Photos
Click the download icon to get:
- All high-resolution photos
- Marketing materials
- Branded assets
Share Tour
Click the share icon to:
- Copy the public URL
- Generate QR code
- Share via email
Bulk Actions
Select multiple tours using checkboxes, then:
- Download All — Get photos from all selected
- Archive — Move to archived status
- Export — Generate CSV report
