Getting Started

Welcome to the Jacob Allen Media Dashboard! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Logging In​

  1. Navigate to dash.jacoballenmedia.com
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In
First Time?

If you don't have an account yet, contact your administrator to get set up.

Dashboard Overview​

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with these key sections:

For Administrators​

Admins have additional sections:

  • Invoices — Create and manage client invoices
  • Order Forms — Configure booking forms
  • Reports — View analytics and reports
  • User Management — Manage team accounts

Your First Tour​

Ready to view your first property tour?

  1. Click My Listings in the sidebar
  2. Find a tour in the list
  3. Click the View icon to see the public property website
  4. Click the Edit icon to modify tour details
